Increase Penis Size Naturally - The 2 Most Important Things You Must Do Before You Start Jelqing!

Jelqing to increase the penis size naturally has become one of the most popular ways to make your penis bigger. I'm sure when you first read about "exercising the penis", it all seems like a big joke. I guess it does seem a little far-fetched at first. 1) Measure your penis - This is not something I would suggest you do by eye! Yes, we are all capable of noticing an increase in penis size. However, by keeping a regular record of your measurements, you can do a lot for your ongoing motivation.

I have seen numerous ways that you are supposed to measure your penis. In all honesty, it really doesn't matter, as long as you are taking the exact same measurements each time. It is also a good idea to always take measurements when erect as the flaccid penis can vary significantly.

This is how I measure my manhood - Take a tape measure and record the length from the base to the tip on top of the penis. Then measure the length from base to tip underneath your member. Finally for girth, wrap a piece of string around your manhood just below the head at approximately mid-shaft. Then record the measurement.

2) The second and probably most important aspect of jelqing is warming up first. Now I know this may not seem like much, but the percentage of guys who give up on exercising their manhood is huge. In the main, this is due to injury which can be caused by not having warmed-up first. So if you wish to make your penis bigger

- warm up first! Firstly, you will always need to make sure your manhood is semi erect. Now there are numerous ways to warm up your member and all involve applying heat for a few minutes. My 2 favourite ways are to either soak a towel in warm water and wrap around your manhood for 5 minutes. Alternatively, you can stuff a sock with cooked rice and then microwave for a minute. Then allow one minute to cool down, before using your "heat pad" to again warm up your member!

Although exercising to increase penis size naturally involves many more techniques and methods, you must always ensure you do the above 2 things. So many guys become impatient and want to make their penis bigger overnight. However, for the best results, always keep an accurate record of your gains and never consider exercising without warming up first!
