6) Repeat the process immediately with the other hand. For at least the first 2 weeks, i would advise you not to do anymore than 150 jelqs per workout session. The urology journal, "BJU International" recently published a study on penis traction devices and whether they can increase penis size. You know the one's i mean. The study was carried out in the San Giovanni Battista Hospital, which forms part of Turin University in Italy. The actual practical part of the study involved taking 15 men who were taught how to wear and use the penis extender correctly. The results after 6 months were that the 15 men averaged an increase in penis size of between 0.65-0.9 inches. When i say an increase in penis size, i merely mean length. Unfortunately, the results are a little disappointing and these extenders did nothing for any of the men's girth.

Unfortunately, this is where i lost interest in reading more about this study. I have always been led to believe that, yes most women would like their man to have a bigger penis, however they would much prefer extra girth or thickness. However, this leaves us with a problem if we need to get extra girth as well as length!
