1) As with any exercise routine, always warm up first. This may involve wrapping a warm heating pad around the penis. Or dip a towel in hot water and apply it to your manhood. 2) Always apply lubrication. I would suggest either baby oil or Vaseline. Remember you won't be able to increase penis size if you are unable to exercise through injury, so follow even the most basic steps!
3) You need to get the level of your erection just right. WARNING! It is dangerous to perform any jelqing exercises with a full on erection. Aim to be 50%-75% erect.
4) Your grip should have your thumb and forefinger touching, as though you are giving someone the OK symbol. Then get your OK symbol as close to the pubic bone as possible. You want a firm grip, but not so tight that you lose all feeling in your member!
5) The jelq exercise involves applying a light pressure while gently moving up the shaft of the penis. Stop before the head. Never jelq the head of the penis. A jelq should take approximately 3 seconds. This will prove very effective at exercising the penile tissues.
6) Repeat the process immediately with the other hand. For at least the first 2 weeks, i would advise you not to do anymore than 150 jelqs per workout session. Many men wish to enlarge their penis naturally, but are not willing to put in the time and effort. An increase in penis size will not happen overnight, it requires hard work and a lot of dedication.
7) Once again just like any exercise routine, rest is of the utmost importance. If you choose not to rest, this can lead to over-training and eventually injury. Plus your penis needs this time to recover and come back stronger!
