Enlarge Your Penis Naturally - 3 Hard and Fast Rules You Must Follow When Exercising Your Manhood!

Thousands of men each and every year turn to exercise to enlarge their penis naturally. 1) How should I warm up?


Just as with any exercise routine, prior to starting your session you should always warm up. You could wrap a warm towel around your manhood and gently massage. Perhaps you wish to take a shower beforehand and allow the warm water to directly heat your member. But my favourite method to warm up your manhood is a rice sock. Stuff some cooked rice into a sock and heat in the microwave for a minute.


WARNING: Never place the sock on your manhood straight from the microwave, it is burning hot. Stand for 5 minutes and this should be enough time for the sock to have cooled down. Please test on your skin first before applying to your manhood. The beauty of the rice sock is that it will remain warm for a long period of time, thus allowing you ample time to completely warm up your penis.


2) How often should I exercise?


Firstly, just like any other exercise routine - never exercise everyday. In order to get a bigger penis you do need a regular workout session, but you should never exercise for more than 5 days a week. You see, during exercise many of the cells in the penile tissue become damaged and broken down. It is during your rest periods that these tissues repair themselves which allows them to come back far bigger and stronger.


You should do what works for you. For me, I prefer 2 days on, 1 day off. That allows me a couple of days in a row to stay focused and to work out intensely as I know a day's rest is just around the corner.


3) What exercise program should I follow?


This is a subject that I have studied for a number of years. I have come across numerous forums, newsgroups and mailing lists. There is some fantastic information available about how to enlarge your penis naturally and there is also some very outdated and dangerous information out there!


When looking for an exercise program, make sure that the program has lots of testimonials from satisfied clients. Find out how long the program has been established - the longer, the better. Finally does it feel right to you? If you come across numerous preposterous claims, steer clear!
