I have been exercising to get a bigger penis for just over 9 months now. 1) The first stage is prior to you starting to exercise to get a bigger penis. You have read plenty on the subject and have come across numerous people who say that penis exercising works. You even ridicule yourself for believing that something like this could ever work, but you then start with a heart full of hope!

2) You have started to exercise to enlarge your penis naturally, however, you are still a little skeptical. You hope that the exercises will work and that you haven't just been tricked or hoaxed into something stupid.

3) Your next stage is fear. You have been exercising to get a bigger penis for a little while now, but you haven't noticed any gains. Your head is full of questions and your main fear is that perhaps you are doing it wrong.

4) Finally acceptance, but still a little doubt! You have finally had your first gain from exercising. Your mind is overflowing with joy, but underneath it all you are scared that any gains may still disappear.
