You will come across masses of information on how to enlarge your penis naturally. Some of the information is good and some of it is pretty awful. I would always advise that before you undertake an exercise routine to increase penis size, you should always follow a reputable program.
In this article I would like to introduce you to my 3 favourite exercises. WARNING: Before performing any penile exercises, always warm up your member first!
1) Stretching - I love performing the stretching exercises. These are the exercises that will give you a longer penis. You can perform stretching exercises either flaccid or semi erect. Please never perform any exercises to increase your penis size with a fully erect manhood.
One of the most basic stretching routines involves pulling your penis straight out in front of you and gently stretching out for 5 minutes. EVery minute pull your manhood out a little further, but never overdo this or strain yourself.
2) Jelqing - Jelqing is really intended for those who are new to exercising to increase penis size. That being said, many men continue to jelq for many years. The name jelqing derives from the word "milking". This is the kind of motion involved. Jelqing was first discovered by the Arab rulers who used it as a hobby as well as a way to enlarge their penis naturally! Although jelqing can be used for length, i have always thought of it as the best way to get a thicker penis.
You will need to touch your forefinger and thumb together making an OK sign. Wrap around your manhood as close to your pubic bone as you can and then literally make that milking movement down your shaft. Always stop before the head (never jelq the head of your penis) and repeat with your other hand. One session should involve 150-200 jelqs.
3) Kegels - Kegels are a pelvic floor exercise. They are named after Dr Kegel, the inventor of this exercise. The kegel is one of the simplest and yet toughest exercises to perform. Although kegels are not really intended to help enlarge the penis naturally, they are a great addition to any exercise routine. You simply contract your pelvic muscles. These are the muscles that stop and start you urinating.
Tense these muscles for a 10-30 second period, rest and then repeat 5 times. Whenever you urinate, practice stopping the flow of urine 3-5 times. Kegels help to build much stronger and harder erections. They can help you to ejaculate further and best of all control exactly when you ejaculate!
