There are numerous exercises for you to try to make your penis bigger. However today i wish to concentrate on one of my favourite stretching routines. Stretching exercises are well known to increase penis size, but usually concentrate on length. - Straight down stretch - pull your manhood straight down to the centre and hold for 30 seconds. Then repeat this stretch straight down to both the left and the right for 30 seconds. Finally perform a straight down rotary stretch. Point your penis downwards and literally spin like a helicopter blade, 15 times clockwise and 15 times anti-clockwise.
- Straight out stretch - repeat the exercises to the centre, the left and to the right. Each stretch held for 30 seconds straight out in front of you. Then finally finish again with a rotary stretch - 15 times clockwise and anti-clockwise
- Your final stretch to increase penis size will be straight up. Once again to the centre, then the left and the right for 30 seconds. Finally finish with the rotary stretch.
The following routine to make your penis bigger shouldn't take longer than 10 minutes a day. The exercises concentrate on stretching out the penile chambers, thus allowing them to hold more blood when erect. Should you carry out this routine as suggested, you should notice a small increase in penis size within a few weeks.
